How long does all this take?

If you choose our Starter or Standard package, we’ll plan a start date with you, and from that point, we aim to deliver your lesson within two weeks.

From initial booking to delivery, the total lead time will depend on when your slot is scheduled. But once we start, you’ll have your lesson fast.

Do I need special VR hardware?

Nope! It’s available on most commercial VR headsets, including Meta Quest and Pico for the best experience.

You can also run our spatial content right in a regular browser on your computer, no special equipment needed.

Do I need IT to install a bunch of things?

Not at all. Our web version runs without any installations, just like YouTube or Netflix. You’ll get a login, and you’re ready to go.

For VR, you’ll only need to download and install a single app that takes care of everything. You won’t need an IT department for that.

Cloud-based? Do I need constant internet?

No constant internet needed! All your data is saved and updated in real time in the cloud.

The first time a new device (PC or VR headset) needs the content, it will download what’s required. After that, you’ll only need internet to log in and sync analytics.

But how are you able to create quality content at this price?

We’ve spent over two years building a platform that reduce “time to content” (TTC), including a no-code editor and technology that cuts production costs significantly.

This lets us create spatial content much faster while focusing on what matters most: the teaching value of your lessons.

What are the limitations of your system?

Dexr’s platform comes with a ready-made library of logic blocks, 3D assets, environments, and characters that we are continuously expanding. In our experience, with this we can cover most use cases. Learn more about that here.

On Standard plans, we don’t do custom development or integrate with other systems. This helps us focus on what we do best. For custom needs, we can discuss options on the Enterprise plan.
