Hop on a call with our PM
Some things just can’t be captured in a form. That’s why our Project Manager will schedule an in-depth call with you to fully understand your needs. Together, we’ll align on learning objectives, do’s and don’ts, how you plan to use the module (learning context), specific content nuances, and more.
You’re welcome to bring colleagues along, and if we need a follow-up with a content expert, we’ll make it happen. This is the most time-intensive step for you. After that, our team takes over.

Our experts do the work
We’ll build your lesson in three short sprints, each followed by a feedback round.
First comes an interactive blockout, a simple but playable draft, to map the core learning flow, supported by a story draft and moodboard.
Next, we do one to three iterations, adding more detail each time and refining based on your feedback. Research shows that blending engagement elements like storytelling with didactic tools such as just-in-time hints delivers the best learning outcomes.

We’ll give you easy-to-follow guides, manuals, and tips to make things run smoothly. If you’re on the Standard plan or higher, our experts can also walk you through it in a hands-on session.
